Exciting news! Michael Christopher has been confirmed to open for country music superstars Lonestar on Friday, November 4th at Jergels Rhythm Grille in Warrendale, PA!
Lonestar has charted more than 20 singles on the Hot Country Songs chart, including nine that reached the No. 1 spot. “Amazed,” their biggest hit, was the No. 1 song of 1999 according to Billboard, having charted at the top for eight straight weeks. ‘Lonely Grill,’ also released in 1999, was certified 3X platinum in both the US and Canada.
In addition to “Amazed,” the band topped the charts with other hit singles including “Smile,” “What About Now,” “I’m Already There,” “My Front Porch Looking In,” and “Mr. Mom”. They are currently supporting their most recent album, ‘Never Enders,’ which was released in April 2016.
Michael is thrilled and honored for the opportunity to play this show. In addition to the respect he has for the group professionally, they are also one of his favorite country acts.
“This is really exciting for me. I’ve always been a huge Lonestar fan,” Michael said. “In fact, ‘Lonely Grill’ is one of my all time favorite country albums.”
